What we collect
When you create an account we store your business name, your name, email, phone number (if you give it) and a secure hash of your password. Inside the CRM we store the leads, contacts, deals, notes and follow-ups your team adds.
How we use it
We use your account details to run your CRM, keep it secure and contact you about your account and plan. Your customer data is used only to provide the CRM to your team. We do not sell personal data.
AI sales agent
When someone on your team asks the AI sales agent about a contact, that contact’s CRM details and history are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate the answer. Nothing is sent unless a team member asks.
Who can see your data
Only your team members can see your CRM records. Zointy staff can see account details (plan, usage, team list) to support you, and access customer records only when you ask us to help.
Your choices
You can export your contacts at any time from the CRM. To close your account or request deletion of your data, email support@zointy.com.
